Keysight E4980B/E4980BL Precision LCR Meters deliver a wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 2 MHz (E4980B) or up to 1 MHz (E4980BL), with 0.05% basic accuracy, meeting various impedance measurement requirements from R&D to production lines.
