The Keysight N6705C DC Power Analyzer enables faster sourcing and measurement of DC voltage and current to your device under test (DUT), significantly boosting your productivity. The N6705C DC Power Analyzer integrates the functionality of up to four advanced instruments ― digital multimeter (DMM), oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator, and data logger.

The N6705C DC Power Analyzer provides all functions and measurements on the front panel, so you can control the instrument without developing and debugging programs. When used with Keysight PathWave BenchVue BV9200 control and analysis software, you get more powerful control and analysis capabilities.

The BV9200 PathWave BenchVue control and analysis software features an updated user interface, new advanced data analysis and automation capabilities. For automated workbench setup, users can programmatically control the N6705C via GPIB, USB, and LAN interfaces, and the N6705C is also LXI-compliant.

The N6705C DC Power Analyzer offers custom configurations to better match your power and analysis requirements. It features a 4-slot mainframe that accommodates up to four DC power modules, with total DC output power up to 600 W (modules ordered separately).
