Introduction
Keysight E4991B Impedance Analyzer, with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 500 MHz/1 GHz/3 GHz, delivers 0.45% basic accuracy (typical) and a wide impedance measurement range, and supports dielectric/permeability testing of materials and high-low temperature characteristic analysis.
Performance Features
Wide frequency coverage: 1 MHz to 3 GHz (Option 300), 1 mHz resolution, ±10 ppm frequency accuracy (at 23℃±5℃)
High basic accuracy: 0.45% typical. With open/short/load calibration, it enables high-precision impedance measurement
Built-in DC bias (Option 001): voltage bias 0 to ±40V (1mV resolution), current bias 0 to ±100mA (2μA resolution)
Material measurement function (Option 002): supports testing of dielectric constant (εr'、εr''、tanδ) and permeability (μr'、μr''、tanδ), compatible with 16453A/16454A fixtures
Wide impedance measurement range: 120 mΩ to 52 kΩ (1 MHz, point average ≥8, -3 dBm/-13 dBm, accuracy ≤±10%)
Flexible sweep and analysis: linear/logarithmic frequency, OSC level, DC bias sweep, up to 1601 measurement points, up to 201 segments for segmented sweep; supports equivalent circuit analysis, limit line test, cursor search, etc.
