Overview

Keysight E4990A Impedance Analyzer, with a frequency range from 20 Hz to 10/20/30/50/120 MHz, provides high-precision wide impedance measurement capability, and is suitable for impedance characteristic analysis and evaluation of components, materials and electronic devices.
