Detailed Introduction Technical Documents
Typical Application Scenarios
PCR-W series high-performance programmable AC and DC power supply supports multiple output modes including AC, DC and AC+DC, with an output frequency range up to 1.0~500Hz. It can easily output various simulated arbitrary waveforms, supports importing CSV waveform data files, can conduct interference simulation on power supply lines, and also has functions of voltage and current harmonic testing and analysis. It provides a variety of simulated test environments based on IEC61000-4 series standards for products, meets the requirements of different industries, and is widely used in home appliances, power electronics, new energy, avionics, IEC standard testing and many other fields.

Key Features
1. Three output modes: AC, DC, AC+DC
The PCR power supply can not only output alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) independently, but also output AC+DC mixed output, which is suitable for various application scenarios such as AC/DC servo motors, power frequency transformer biasing and more.

2. Switchable single-phase and three-phase output modes
PCR-6000W and PCR-12000W feature the switching function between single-phase mode and three-phase mode, with independent control of phase and voltage, which is suitable for various tests such as simulating three-phase unbalance, three-phase harmonic unbalance and others.

3. Arbitrary waveform editing
It integrates functions such as LIST, STEP and line simulation (Simulate) modes, allows direct arbitrary editing of output waveforms, can simulate various power characteristic changes including instantaneous power off, surge, notch, slow voltage rise, slow voltage fall and more, providing various types of power input for verifying the performance and function of electronic products.

4. Mains waveform simulation
Electric equipment is often affected by mains power supply. The mains waveform data recorded by power analyzer or oscilloscope, which is saved in CSV, txt, Excel and other format files, can be directly imported into the PCR power supply, simplifying waveform editing work, restoring real mains waveform, and improving the anti-interference test of products against mains voltage variation.

5. Harmonic synthesis and analysis
It has powerful harmonic simulation capability, can generate voltage waveforms required for harmonic immunity test, supports users to customize the amplitude of each order of harmonic and output specific harmonics, and can edit up to 50 orders of harmonics.

6. Output of IEC standard characteristic waveforms (Professional Version)
It can simulate grid output waveforms with various IEC standard characteristics, meeting the test requirements for electronic equipment R&D, covering standards including IEC61000-4-11, IEC61000-4-13, IEC61000-4-14, IEC61000-4-28, IEC61000-4-29 and more.
