Detailed Introduction Technical Documents

Voice prompts during measurement and recording help determine the aging status of UPS and lead-acid batteries more quickly

● Judgment can be performed without power outage even when the battery is still installed in the equipment
● It only takes maximum 2 seconds from measurement to data recording, cutting working time by 60% compared with the old model 3554.
● Tests internal impedance/voltage and instantly judges aging degree as PASS / WARNING / FAIL *1
● Equipped with noise reduction technology to improve anti-noise capability
● The host interface and voice prompt *2 simplify test steps
● Test data can be saved associated with on-site measurement information, reducing management man-hours.
● All measurement data can be managed uniformly via GENNECT Cross software *3
● Measurement values can be directly

*2 After Bluetooth® connection, the terminal will give a voice prompt.
*3 Data retrieval can be done via the application on tablet devices or smartphones. (Optional wireless adapter Z3210 is required)

transmitted to an Excel® spreadsheet (Optional wireless adapter Z3210 is required)
● Equipped with a protective cover to improve portability and durability for on-site use.

*1 The pass/fail judgment threshold varies with battery manufacturer, type, capacity, etc. The internal impedance/terminal voltage of new or qualified batteries needs to be measured in advance.
Compared with sealed lead-acid batteries, open-type (flooded) lead-acid batteries or alkaline batteries have less change in internal resistance, so it is sometimes difficult to judge their aging status.
