Fidelity Starts at the Probe Tip
With 4, 6, or 8 FlexChannel® inputs, you can probe circuits with the standard 1 GHz probes. You can connect high-performance single-ended active probes or differential probes, or use a TriMode probe to perform both single-ended and differential measurements with one probe. Connect the TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel input to get 8 digital channels and expand system visibility.
Built-in 1 MΩ to 50 Ω Input Terminals
Each input includes a 1 GHz low-load passive probe
TekVPI probes connect to 10 W probe power per channel, supporting differential signal, current, power rail and optical isolation probes
