This extremely low capacitive load reduces adverse impact on the circuit and allows longer ground leads. Thanks to the wide probe bandwidth, it is able to capture high-frequency signal components that are critical for high-speed applications. TPP1000, TPP0500B and TPP0250 passive voltage probes feature all advantages of general-purpose probes, such as high dynamic range, flexible connection options and durable mechanical design, while delivering performance comparable to active probes.
Accurate Low-Voltage Measurement
The TPP0502 offers the industry's highest bandwidth (500 MHz) and lowest attenuation (2X), ideal for low-voltage measurements such as ripple measurement, which is a common measurement for power supply output. The low capacitive load of the TPP0502 allows the use of long ground leads with minimal impact on measurement results, enabling engineers to move flexibly around the design without worrying about ground lead length.
