Accurate High-Speed Passive Probing Technology

This extremely low capacitive load reduces adverse impact on circuits and allows longer ground leads. Moreover, thanks to the wide bandwidth of the probe, it can capture high-frequency signal components that are critical for high-speed applications. The TPP1000, TPP0500B and TPP0250 passive voltage probes feature all the advantages of general-purpose probes, such as high dynamic range, flexible connection options and rugged mechanical design, while delivering the performance of active probes.

Accurate Low-Voltage Measurement

The TPP0502 offers the industry's highest bandwidth (500 MHz) and lowest attenuation (2X), which is suitable for low-voltage measurements such as ripple measurement, a common measurement for power supply outputs. The low capacitive load of TPP0502 allows the use of long ground leads with minimal impact on measurement results, enabling engineers to work more flexibly around the design without worrying about ground lead length issues.
