TCP0030A is an easy-to-use high-performance AC/DC current probe, designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes via the TekVPI? probe interface. This AC/DC measurement probe offers a bandwidth of over 120 MHz, with optional 5A and 30A measurement ranges. It also delivers excellent low-current measurement capability and current accuracy as low as 1 mA, which is critical to meet today's most challenging current measurement requirements.
