The Keysight M9410A VXT PXI Vector Transceiver integrates a 6 GHz vector signal generator and vector signal analyzer in a single 2-slot PXI module.
With up to 1.2 GHz signal generation and analysis bandwidth, it meets the requirements of advanced 5G testing.
It delivers best-in-class RF performance including output power, phase noise and amplitude accuracy, providing greater test margin for design verification and production testing.
It uses the same measurement application software as benchtop instruments, including PathWave Signal Generation Software, X-Series Measurement Applications and Vector Signal Analysis Software, supporting a wide range of applications.
It enables multi-channel (MIMO) and multi-site testing in design verification and production phases.
The frequency range can be extended to millimeter wave (FR2) with the S9101A 5G Multi-band Vector Transceiver.
