Key Advantages of This New Arbitrary Waveform Generator
4 128 GSa/s channels or 2 256 GSa/s channels, with nominal analog bandwidth up to 70 GHz
It provides R&D engineers with a high-performance signal source to generate arbitrary signals, supporting their development of designs with baud rates up to 140 GBd
The sampling rate of the Keysight M8199A 256 GSa/s arbitrary waveform generator is twice that of conventional arbitrary waveform generators currently available on the market, with analog bandwidth at least 50% wider. This enables R&D engineers to rapidly develop advanced components for terabit transmission systems
Ready-to-use integrated instrument
Compatible with common software such as MATLAB and Keysight IQTools
SCPI programming interface based on M8070B
Highly configurable, it can be upgraded from 2 128 GSa/s channels to 4 256 GSa/s channels via upgrade options
The Keysight M8199A Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) features 4 128 GSa/s channels or 2 256 GSa/s channels, with nominal analog bandwidth up to 70 GHz.
As a high-performance arbitrary waveform source, the M8199A helps customers develop designs at 128 Gbaud and even higher baud rates, including advanced components for TB-class transmission systems.
The M8199A provides up to 4 128 GSa/s differential output channels per 2-slot AXIe module, and supports synchronization of up to 4 modules, enabling you to stimulate multi-channel high-speed interfaces in a cost-effective way.
