Its hardware includes two internal signal sources, one signal combiner, S-parameter and noise receiver, pulse modulator and generator, as well as a set of switches and RF access points. This hardware provides a powerful core for a wide range of linear and nonlinear measurements, and all these measurements can be performed with just one connection to the device under test.

The Keysight N5247B PNA-X Microwave Network Analyzer (10 MHz to 67 GHz) is a flexible integrated test engine capable of characterizing active devices such as amplifiers, mixers and frequency converters. It integrates two built-in signal sources, one signal combiner, multiple S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulator and generator, and a complete set of flexible switches and RF access points, forming a powerful hardware core that supports comprehensive measurement of all linear and nonlinear characteristics of devices. All measurements can be completed with just one connection between the device under test (DUT) and the PNA-X.
