The Keysight N5224B PNA Microwave Network Analyzer (10 MHz to 43.5 GHz) is a flexible integrated test engine capable of measuring active devices such as amplifiers, mixers and frequency converters. This analyzer has an operating frequency range of 900 Hz to 43.5 GHz. Keysight N5224B integrates high-performance hardware with powerful measurement application software to deliver fast, accurate measurements of a wide variety of devices.


As a member of the PNA Series, the Keysight N5224B supports numerous measurement applications developed for the PNA-X Series. PNA Series network analyzers deliver outstanding performance and are the ideal choice for testing amplifiers, mixers and frequency converters. The PNA Series combines advanced hardware and application software to enable fast and accurate measurements of various devices. All models are available in 2-port single-source or 4-port dual-source configurations. Built-in pulse modulators and pulse generators enable pulsed S-parameter measurements. Supported applications include gain compression, intermodulation distortion, source phase control, as well as differential and I/Q device measurements.
