Keysight 34465A 6.5 digit multimeter delivers excellent accuracy, speed and resolution. It can measure ultra-small currents down to the 1 μA range, making it suitable for very low-power devices. The 34465A performs automatic calibration during measurement, ensuring measurements remain calibrated even when the instrument experiences temperature drift/changes.

Graphical functions (including trend charts and histograms) help users quickly gain deeper insights. This 6.5 digit multimeter features a data logging mode for convenient trend analysis, and also offers a digitizing mode that allows you to capture transient characteristics.
