Keysight 34465A 6.5 digit multimeter delivers excellent accuracy, speed and resolution. It is capable of measuring ultra-low currents down to the 1 μA range, making it suitable for very low-power devices. The 34465A performs automatic calibration during measurement, so calibrated measurement results are guaranteed even if the instrument experiences temperature drift/changes.

Graphical functions (including trend charts and histograms) help users quickly gain deeper insights. This 6.5 digit multimeter provides a data logging mode for convenient trend analysis, and also a digitizing mode that allows you to capture transient characteristics.

The 4.3-inch color graphical display can display histograms, bar charts and trend charts, enabling you to easily monitor measurement results and speed up statistical analysis.
