DMM6500 is a single mainframe model, and there are no other independent mainframe series products; 2000-SCAN and 2001-TCSCAN are optional add-on accessories for this mainframe, which need to rely on the DMM6500 mainframe to operate. The specific information is as follows:

  • DMM6500 Mainframe: 6½-digit benchtop/system digital multimeter, standard configuration with 1-channel measurement interface, 15 built-in measurement functions. The mainframe is equipped with expansion slots that support installation of optional accessories, and has no built-in multi-channel or temperature acquisition modules.

  • 2000-SCAN (Optional Accessory): A user-installable scanning module, not an independent device. It supports 10 channels of 2-wire or 5 channels of 4-wire measurement, with a maximum input signal of 125VRMS/175Vpeak and no temperature compensation function.
